This role involves performing Submerged Arc, Flux Core, Stick, and Carbon Arc welding while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.The ideal Sub Arc Welder has experience with one or more of these welding processes and the ability to produce high-quality welds in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn may also be considered for training opportunities. Required Experience & Skills• Experience with Sub Arc, Flux Core, Stick, or Carbon Arc welding preferred• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings• Ability to use measuring tools accurately• Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and PPE requirements• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Perform Submerged Arc (Sub Arc), Flux Core, Stick, and Carbon Arc welding operations• Read and interpret blueprints, weld procedures, and production specifications• Maintain weld quality while meeting production requirements• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines Preferred Qualifications• Multi-process welding experience• Industrial manufacturing or heavy fabrication experience• Strong fabrication and blueprint-reading skills• Experience working in production welding environments Physical Requirements• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift• Ability to lift and move materials as needed• Comfortable working around welding equipment, heat, sparks, and industrial materials• Ability to perform repetitive welding and fabrication tasks Work Environment• Manufacturing and fabrication environment• Exposure to welding equipment, grinders, fabrication tools, and industrial materials• Fast-paced production setting focused on safety, quality, and efficiency• Team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development Why You'll Want This Opportunity• Competitive pay based on experience• Four-day work week with occasional Friday overtime• Opportunity to work with multiple welding processes• Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity• Training opportunities for motivated candidates Ready to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 4 PMStand-By Personnel
