Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and mechanical equipment using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools Occasionally perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Diagnose mechanical problems and repair or replace defective parts Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals

Requirements: The ideal candidate must be proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or STICK Welding and be able to fabricate custom parts and structural components to specifications. High school Diploma or GED, technical school or apprenticeship preferred Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a millwright in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret mechanical and fabrication blueprints

Preferred:

  • AWS welding certification Experience with stainless steel welding
