Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to construct, weld, and assemble a variety of metal components used in our manufactured products. The ideal candidate is quality-focused, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities• Weld various metals and thicknesses to meet production specifications• Utilize standard fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment• Prepare product for the next production step; inspect for cosmetic and functional defects• Report any material or quality issues promptly• Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Complete required documentation accurately• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: • 1-2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience with aluminum or stainless steel preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to weld multiple materials and thicknesses• Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment as required• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure and perform basic math and decimal-to-fraction conversions• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to complete paperwork accurately

Physical Requirements• Prolonged standing required• Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
