Job Title: Welder FabricatorPay: $19–$25 per hourHours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMStart Date: ASAP

As a Welder Fabricator, you'll help create custom industrial machinery and control systems through precision welding, fabrication, and assembly. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency.

What You'll DoAs a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for

• Fit steel components precisely and perform quality welds using .045 dual-shield wire in various positions• Safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 60 pounds• Operate shears, ironworkers, drilling equipment, cutting torches, and other fabrication machinery• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to accurately assemble components• Prepare assemblies for finishing and support field installations when needed

What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have

• Entry-level to experienced fabrication skills, along with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings• Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding techniques across various positions• Knowledge of fabrication methods, hand tools, and equipment, plus the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Location & ScheduleThis position is on-site in Philomath and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some Saturdays required.
