Join a leading industrial manufacturing team as a Welder, where your skills will help build large-scale equipment used across heavy industry.This is a hands-on, production-focused position ideal for experienced welders seeking consistent work, competitive pay, and long-term growth. What You’ll DoAs a Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing MIG welding on steel components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions*
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
  • Fitting, aligning, and preparing materials for welding*
  • Operating shop equipment such as grinders, torches, and cutting tools
  • Inspecting welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
  • Monitoring welding processes to prevent defects and ensure consistency*
  • Assisting with material handling using overhead cranes or forklifts
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment*
  • Following all safety protocols and production standards
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 2+ years of welding experience required
  • Strong MIG welding skills, especially on steel*
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications
  • Experience working with heavy metal components
  • Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment*
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift*
  • Overhead crane or forklift experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality*
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
