WelderOur purpose is to design and deliver innovative solutions to protect the traveling public and road workers by making transportation safer, smarter, and more sustainable.Job Summary:

This is a full-time position located at our Morgan plant.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following three components: Health and wellness benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision, etc.) Vacation benefits, financial security benefits (e.g., 401(k), life insurance, etc.).

Job Duties:

Use of hand tools: grinders, scrapers, tape measures, etc.Proficient in GMAW and FCAW weldingAble to pass a welding testAbility to lift to 60lbsOther job-related functions may be required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or higherExcellent communication and problem-solving skills2 years of Welding experienceDetail Oriented - isolates problems and determines and implements solutions.Adaptable/Flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.Autonomous/Independent - good at working with little direction
