Maintenance Technicians/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant
Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.

Job Description:
Perform maintenance and repairs on prep plant machinery as needed
Welding and torching as needed (greatly desired skill, not required)
General labor and maintenance support where needed
Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime if available

Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
- MSHA Surface papers required — training provided if needed
Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays
Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test
basic hand tools
Required PPE (Not Provided):
Hard hat
Reflective vest or shirt
Metatarsal boots
