Were looking for an experienced Aluminum Welder to join a busy manufacturing team in Bridgton! If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and know your way around a welding torch, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to use.What Youll Do: As a Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies*
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions*
- Measure, fit, and position materials for welding*
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance*
- Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively*
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area*
- Follow production, quality, and safety standards
- Previous aluminum welding experience*
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or fabrication drawings*
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality*
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
