Job Title: Mig Welder- 2nd Shift Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673Hourly Rate: $19.5Schedule: 2:30pm- 11pm w/OT as neededJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team in Piedmont. In this 2nd shift role, you'll be responsible for joining and repairing metal, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring structural soundness of welds—all while earning $19.50 per hour.What You’ll Do

• Interpret blueprints and specifications for welding
• Inspect welds for structural soundness
• Operate and troubleshoot welding machines
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work environment
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
