Position Details

the Wellness Advisor assists the General Manager with new membership sales as well as the retention of current members. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong YogaSix community. The Wellness advisor also assists with studio cleanliness.

About the Role:

As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our studio—helping new and existing members find the perfect classes, guiding them on their wellness journey, and supporting our community with exceptional customer service. You’ll also play a key role in membership sales, helping grow our YogaSix family!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with potential and current members, answering questions, and sharing the benefits of our studio
• Leading new client studio tours and guiding them to the perfect class options
• Driving membership sales by building relationships and meeting sales goals
• Participating in fun community outreach events to spread the YogaSix vibe
• Keeping our studio clean, organized, and welcoming for all members
• Learning and using the ClubReady software system for memberships and purchases

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• A friendly, outgoing personality with top-notch communication skills
• Sales experience and goal-oriented mindset (bonus points if you’ve worked in fitness or retail!)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
• Basic computer skills & a willingness to learn new systems

The Details:

• Location: In-person at YogaSix Arapahoe (Aurora, CO 80016)
• Hours: 5–30 per week (flexible shifts available: mornings, days, evenings)
• Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour + sales incentives
