NOW HIRING: Wellness QA Nurse Manager (RN)Midtown Manhattan, NYFull-Time Contract RolePay: $58–$60/hrWeekly Pay

A respected healthcare organization in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Wellness QA Nurse Manager (RN) to lead quality improvement initiatives, support provider collaboration, and drive better patient outcomes across diverse populations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who understands HEDIS, quality metrics, population health, and team mentorship —while remaining hands-on in improving care delivery.

Responsibilities Include:Leading quality improvement and corrective action initiatives using HEDIS measuresReviewing charts, audits, and population health data to identify trends and gaps in careCollaborating with providers and leadership on quality-of-care initiativesManaging and supporting Wellness RNs and Health EducatorsMonitoring chronic and behavioral health gaps in care and ensuring follow-throughDeveloping strategies to improve clinical performance and patient outcomesSupporting patient education initiatives using motivational interviewing techniques

Qualifications:Active NYS RN License required (BSN preferred)3+ years of Quality Improvement experience required2+ years of leadership or management experience requiredExperience with HEDIS and NCQA standards requiredBackground in ambulatory care, community health, or med-surg preferredStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skillsBilingual Spanish preferredComfortable collaborating across interdisciplinary teams
