Job Description

Position at Rhode Island Restore location, Garden City Center and East Greenwich. Hourly earnings plus commissions based on sales.

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly and motivated Wellness Representative. We are looking for energetic caring individuals who are focused on wellness who would be the first person our clients meet.  Excellent customer service for each and every guest who comes through our door is our priority. 

Responsibilities

    Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every clientAnswering the phone and returning voicemailsBooking, rescheduling and canceling appointmentsOn-boarding new clients, obtain waivers, and create Client Profiles in our POSChecking-in and retailing out customer sessions on our POS Greeting customers and ushering them to their service of choice Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services Providing service tours, selling packages & membershipsExecuting opening and closing dutiesMaintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their goalsEducate clients on the all Restore modalitiesWhen not with clients, assisting in other store operations: maintaining store cleanliness, maintaining laundry upkeep, assisting in customer lead reach out, assist in community outreach, assist in creating store events, and assisting in social media efforts 

    Qualifications:

    • A love for health and wellness and a high degree of care and empathy.

    • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment. 

    • Availability to work weekends. 

    • Excellent communication skills and sales skills.
