As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, you are part of a team that makes clients feel their best by unlocking their skin's potential and connecting clients with their deepest results. At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas, our vision is simple - make it the best hour of our client's month! With innovative services, customized treatment plans, and building relationships through repeat visits, our dedicated teams of Massage Therapists and Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a difference in people's lives!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to clients by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management (service upgrades and retail)
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• The ability to promote yourself in order to build a following

Available shifts:

• Mondays:

• 3:15pm- 10pm (5 services + 30 min lunch break)

• 3:45pm- 8:45pm (4 services)

• 5pm- 10pm (4 services)

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays:

• 7:30pm- 10pm (2 services)

Pay:

• Service commission starts at $24 per one hour service
• 20% commission on all upgrades
• 10% commission on all retail
• Gratuities average about $20 per service
