What You’ll Do

Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members
Clearly explain available benefit programs in simple, straightforward terms
Assist members in selecting the coverage that fits their unique needs
Accurately maintain records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on growth and service

What You’ll Need

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with virtual tools
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve goals
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to pass a standard background check
