What You’ll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual consultations using Zoom
Understand each client’s situation and recommend appropriate benefit options
Guide individuals through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain organized and compliant digital documentation
Participate in weekly training sessions and skill-development workshops
Build professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
