  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in emergency management, utility or industrial operations, public safety, military operations, crisis management, business continuity, security, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting emergency response operations, preparedness programs, exercises, and incident investigations.
  • Working experience within Incident Command System (ICS) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) environments.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during complex operational or emergency events.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations and provide clear, timely recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
