Position Title: WHE Operation & Maintenance Manager
Area of Requirement: Crane / Weight Handling Equipment Operations
Scope of Position:
Provides full authority to ensure safe and effective Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) operations and maintenance.
Tasks and Capabilities Required:
- Oversee WHE operations, inspections, certifications, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, crane operation standards, and lifting protocols.
- Supervise operators, riggers, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain documentation, PM schedules, and certification records.
Mandatory Experience and Certifications:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience involving WHE operation and maintenance.
- Minimum five (5) years in supervisory or management roles involving WHE personnel/equipment.
Preferred/Desired Certifications:
- NCCCO Crane Operator or Inspector certifications
- NAVFAC WHE certification experience
