The Wholesale and Logistics Manager plays a key role in managing wholesale accounts and monitoring inventory. They act as a liaison between the company and the Third Party Logistics warehouse to ensure all inventory processes are being completed seamlessly. Additionally, the manager receives cross-training in Inventory Management and Customer Experience functions. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically-skilled, and an effective communicator. Inventory Management 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Transport inventory to and from our 3PL
  • Manage new product samples
  • Prepare new inventory to be assist with product planning, listings and website merchandising
  • Monitor and audit defective merchandise
  • Negotiate refunds and credits for defective merchandise
  • Prepare and handle product photography merchandise 
Logistics Management
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders for all incoming shipments per company standard
  • Inform 3PL of all incoming shipments
  • Schedule deliveries using 3PL scheduling software
  • Track shipments of incoming orders and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage the movement of orders within our order management platform
Wholesale and Customer Experience Management
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check wholesale platforms daily for new orders 
  • Reply to customer messages daily
  • Approve orders and assign Ship by Date everyday
  • Manage invoices, payments, and shipping information for all orders
  • Manage Wholesale Product listings and Catalogs
  • Make weekly product additions to online catalogs
  • Generate weekly/monthly sell-thru reports
  • Assist with Customer Experience for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.
Customer Experience
Cross-Trained Duties
  • Check and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams about product issues
  • Partner with our fulfillment center to maintain order queue
  • Analyze potentially fraudulent orders 
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Maintain the site’s FAQ and keeping procedural documentation up to date
  • Collect and analyze data from customers in order to improve our processes, procedures and products
Skills required:

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, including point of sale and G Suite
  • Adaptable: Able to multitask & thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Mathematical competency 
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to transport merchandise to and from the 3PL weekly
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
