Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for all shifts to support seniors in the comfort of their own homes throughout Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, and nearby communities. Whether it's starting someone's day, providing companionship in the afternoon, or ensuring safety overnight, your role is essential to helping seniors live independently with dignity.

We proudly support clients with a wide range of needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory care conditions—and we provide paid training to help you succeed, no matter your experience level.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility, safety, and daily routines

• Help with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Provide redirection and structure for clients with memory loss

• Create a calm, safe, and positive home environment

What We Offer

• All Shifts Available: Days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends

• Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN)

• Competitive pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience & shift)

• Paid training—grow your skills in caregiving and memory care

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals

• Experience as a caregiver or CNA is a plus—but not required

• Willingness to learn (we provide paid training)

• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
