Desktop Support Specialist 3 (DSS3)Bill Rate: Onsite (Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking)In person interviews only
Category Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS)support in-house teams and responding person to helpdesk tickets.
Role Description:-Respond to help desk tickets-Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software-Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.-Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts)-Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.
Minimum of 3 years experienceMust have customer service experience
