Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Windchill PLM Scrum Master. This is a 06-12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in US(Remote). Act as a functional SME for Windchill PLM modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and Change Management.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
Support configuration, validation, and testing of Windchill features and enhancements.
Work closely with engineering stakeholders to ensure PLM solutions align with business processes and compliance standards.
Assist in Windchill upgrades, data migration, and integration projects.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for PLM functionalities.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills: - Windchill, PLM, Scrum, Agile, MDMLink, PDMLink, Jira
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4–8 years of experience working with PTC Windchill PLM tools.
Strong understanding of PLM business processes in engineering/manufacturing domains.
Certified or experienced Scrum Master with hands-on Agile project delivery.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
