The quick version

• Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00 schedule
• No experience required - we will train you. If you're handy with tools and show up ready to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

You'll be the person who keeps windows and patio doors working right for builders and homeowners across the Treasure Valley:

• Repair and rebuild window screens
• Adjust patio doors and window balances so they glide like new
• Perform glazing work - measuring glass and windows for replacement
• Assist with window and door installation and service calls
• Answer basic questions from builders and homeowners on-site
• Keep your tools, workspace, and vehicle organized and ready

You'll work with a supportive team but run much of your day independently, you're the face of Franklin on every service call, and we'll trust you to own it.

Requirements

What you need

• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Clear, friendly communication with customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

That's the whole list. Glazier, window and door installation, or general construction experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'd rather hire the right person and train the skills.

Pay and benefits

• $21+/hour depending on experience, with room to grow as your skills do
