  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • A passion for wine and a deep knowledge of varietals, regions, and winemaking techniques.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tracking software, and Google Applications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be available to work on weekends AND on-site winery events, as most events are held over holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving.
  • Must have a valid OLCC permit and Food Handlers Permit or ability to obtain before a start date.
  • Must have highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to build team dynamics and synergy across departments, and optimize resource potential.
  • Must be able to communicate through active listening skills and gather accurate insights to human behavior.
  • Must be independently motivated to generate sales for Domaine Willamette.
  • Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Must be team focused and be ready and willing to reasonably assist in other areas of the business as needed.
  • Respond to customer requests (phone calls, emails, chats, etc.) within 24 hours except for days off and vacation.
