Satisfaction of knowing your work helps protect those who serve.What You'll Do· Assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace and defense applications· Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with pride in quality· Perform crimping, soldering, routing, and testing

What You Bring· Proven experience building wire harnesses in a manufacturing setting· Defense, Military, or Aerospace industry background a plus· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards (IPC/WHMA a plus)· U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR-compliant facility)ADA Notice: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matching
