Job Description

Wireless Construction Manager (AT&T support) – Southern CaliforniaStart in Irvine and Expand Throughout SoCal | Field Role | 75%+ Travel Are you a hands-on wireless construction leader with AT&T New Site Build experience? We’re looking for a Telecom Construction Manager to drive critical wireless infrastructure projects across Southern California. If managing schedules, budgets, safety, and field teams excites you—and you thrive in fast-paced telecom environments—this could be your next challenge.What You’ll Do:
  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.*
  • Manage direct reports, matrix staff, vendors, and subcontractors on multiple sites.*
  • Coordinate power and utility setup, inspections, and permits to keep projects moving.*
  • Enforce safety programs and quality standards across all construction work.*
  • Interface with engineering teams, clients, and utility partners to solve challenges in real time.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years wireless construction experience (AT&T NSB a must).*
  • Strong power management experience, including utility coordination (PG&E, SCE).*
  • Proven experience managing GCs and job sites.*
  • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel extensively.*
  • Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.*
  • Flexibility for day, night, and potential weekend work as projects require.
Bonus Points For:
  • Active OSHA-30 certification or higher.*
  • Experience with small cell, right-of-way, or fiber/telecom projects.
