- Engage customers on the sales floor to uncover their needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- Drive sales performance through product knowledge, active listening, and consultative selling, meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.
- Promote Verizon products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, home internet, and business plans.
- Educate customers on technology trends, device setup, trade-in programs, and service features to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming store environment and uphold Verizon's brand standards.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and daily operations while following all company procedures and policies.
- An energetic, people-first personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your success in a goal-driven environment.
- Comfort working with technology and interest in staying current on new devices and digital trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
- Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
