Wireless Store Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Fonepage Communications

$35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission+ incentives)

We are seeking a fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) wireless sales leader to join our team and help us effectively support and connect with our diverse community.

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.

Qualifications

2+ years of recent AT&T retail management wireless sales experience is REQUIRED
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
