  • Own cross-functional coordination among OCIO, International Wealth Management, Alternatives Product teams, and International Financial Advisors.
  • Oversee and ensure efficient execution of client onboarding, KYC/AML, regulatory documentation, and cross-border structuring.
  • Drive implementation of investment mandates across traditional and alternative strategies, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Establish and enhance scalable operational frameworks to support platform growth and increased complexity.
  • Contribute to portfolio construction discussions, client strategy development, and senior-level presentations.
  • Serve as a point of accountability for workflow management, risk controls, and execution quality.
  • Partner with International Wealth Management, Alternatives Product teams, and International Financial Advisors to deliver integrated investment solutions.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Graduate degree, CFA, CAIA and other professional designations are preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 required after hiring (additional licensing may be required)
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in OCIO, Asset Management, Institutional Advisory, or International Wealth Management.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments and multi-asset portfolio implementation.
  • Proven ability to drive projects independently and influence senior partners.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
