Baird’s Women in Banking Event is a one-day experience for undergraduate women. The day will consist of a series of discussions including an overview of Baird’s Global Investment Banking platform and an inside look at the day-in-the-life of an investment banker. Attendees will hear a preview of our summer analyst internship opportunities along with multiple networking opportunities with Baird Investment Bankers.

Current enrollment in bachelor's degree program as a freshmen or sophomore who identify as female
Candidates must have a track record of proven academic excellence
