CNC Woodworking Machine Operator- 3rd ShiftEarn $22.00-$24.20/Hour Including Shift DifferentialDo you enjoy woodworking, building quality products, and working with precision equipment? Penmac Staffing is hiring a CNC Woodworking Machine Operator for a growing cabinet and woodworking manufacturer in the Brainerd area. This full-time, overnight position is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC, woodworking, cabinet-making, millwork, carpentry, or manufacturing experience. CNC machine operation experience required
Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing a plus
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

CNC Woodworking Machine Operator Responsibilities

Operate CNC woodworking equipment used in cabinet and component production
Load and unload wood materials safely and efficiently
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications
Monitor machine performance and product quality
Measure and inspect finished components for accuracy
Make routine machine adjustments as needed
Assist with production goals while maintaining quality standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements

Pay & Schedule

$20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience
Plus 10% shift differential
Effective pay range: $22.00-$24.20 per hour
Full-time position
Sunday through Thursday
9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
