Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Hotel & Resort Coordination Specialist to assist with managing accommodation arrangements and coordinating client requests. This role plays a key part in ensuring all lodging details are aligned, confirmed, and delivered with accuracy.

This is a remote position suited for individuals who are detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple coordination tasks in a virtual environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
  • Manage reservation details including dates, room types, and special requests
  • Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly documented
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and any changes in a timely manner
  • Track multiple reservations and maintain organized records
  • Support overall coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process
