In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional customer service while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

• Educate families on life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in ongoing coaching, virtual training, and leadership development.
