AXL Advanced is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented contractor to complete production finishing work from home.
This is a 1099 contract, part-time, piece-rate jobs. You will pick up materials and assigned projects from our Wylie facility (Zip Code 75098), complete the work at home, and return the finished goods for inspection within 2 to 5 days.
You are paid per piece — and only for pieces completed correctly to specification.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who work efficiently, follow instructions precisely, and meet deadlines consistently.
How the Role Works
- Pick up cut kits and materials from our Wylie,TX facility
- Complete assigned finishing tasks at home
- Return completed work by the agreed deadline
- Work is inspected for quality control
- Payment is issued per correctly completed piece
Typical Tasks
- Riveting
- Eyeletting
- Knot-tying
- Assembly finishing
- Bagging and tagging
- Following step-by-step instructions
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
