We're expanding our remote team and bringing on a small number of dependable, conversation-driven professionals who enjoy helping people think clearly and make informed decisions.

This position focuses on scheduled conversations with individuals and business owners who have already raised their hand. You'll never be asked to chase strangers, send unsolicited messages, or hunt for leads. Every conversation is pre-arranged.

You'll be working within a defined framework, supported by leadership, feedback, and a team that values steady improvement over pressure.

What the Role Looks Like

Attend scheduled video or phone conversations with inbound contacts
Guide discussions by asking thoughtful, relevant questions
Help people understand what we do and whether it's a fit for their situation
Capture key notes and outcomes in our internal system
Stay in communication with team leads to improve clarity and consistency
Contribute to a smooth, professional experience for every conversation

Who This Is a Good Fit For

Experience in remote, people-facing work (client support, consulting, advising, or similar)
Clear and confident communicator, both spoken and written
Able to work independently while following a defined process
Reliable, organized, and attentive to details
Comfortable sounding natural while staying on track
Interested in developing skills over time, not just short-term work
Fluent in English (open to applicants outside the U.S.)
