Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Work Migration Engineer Sustainability to support work migration, process standardization, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge, sustainability and environmental compliance experience, strong process-mapping capabilities, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support work migration activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Develop detailed flowcharts to document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Conduct discussions and workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop supporting documentation.
- Obtain stakeholder alignment and approvals for documented processes and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with distributed/global execution teams to understand implementation plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Standardize work processes using industry best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project and business expectations.
- Support project documentation and collaboration using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Apply strong business acumen to align project activities with organizational objectives.
- Support sustainability and environmental data analysis initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Experience analyzing environmental requirements related to air, water, and waste.
- Ability to evaluate alternatives for meeting environmental compliance requirements and communicate recommendations.
- Experience with ESG reporting and assurance processes.
- Understanding of Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies.
- Experience with carbon accounting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Field experience within a refinery or upstream production environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
- Experience supporting sustainability or environmental programs within the energy sector.
