We're looking for a detail-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of construction, data, and coordination to help drive efficiency for our prefab and field teams.

The Role:As a Work Package Data Management Project Lead, you'll play a vital role in preparing and organizing project data that allows our prefab and field teams to execute work efficiently and on schedule.

You'll manage project work packages, develop structured datasets, and ensure standardized processes are followed across complex electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process improvement, and collaborating with multiple teams to keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop Area Maps to support complete Work Package and Prefabrication execution.
• Create and maintain detailed Master Kit Lists for various electrical installation scopes.
• Build and manage Trello project boards to track work progress from planning through execution.
• Maintain standardized naming conventions and structured project data.
• Coordinate with project teams to prioritize and drive Work Package readiness.
• Support project set-up and workflow organization.
• Assist field teams with Bluebeam usage and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with established Work Package standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in:

• Excel (formulas, links, templates, and data management)
• Trello
• SharePoint
• Bluebeam
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks and/or Revizto is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, error-free data.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
• Effective collaboration skills within cross-functional project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing project data and workflows in construction or engineering environments.
