Job Description

IDR is seeking a Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is essential in supporting a major Workday implementation project in the financial services industry, helping optimize banking and budgeting modules for improved business performance.

Position Overview for the Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead:

Lead the Banking and Budgets functional workstreams within a Workday implementation.
Provide subject matter expertise across Workday Banking and Budgeting modules.
Oversee and ensure timely completion of project deliverables in alignment with the project plan.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project team members, stakeholders, and other functional leads.
Coordinate and actively participate in design workshops and working sessions.

Requirements for the Workday Banking & Budgets Functional Lead:

Prior experience working on Workday implementations, specifically within Banking and/or Budgeting functional areas.
Strong understanding of Workday financial modules and related business processes.
Proven ability to lead functional workstreams and collaborate across teams.
Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system design.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
