Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all security administration processes, configurations, and policies relevant to both HR and Finance components.
  • Support internal and external audits by supplying evidence and responding to security-related queries for both HR and Finance areas.
  • Stay abreast of Workday HCM and Finance security best practices, industry trends, and emerging threats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of direct experience administering security in Workday, encompassing HCM and, ideally, Finance modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security frameworks across both HCM and Finance, including security groups, domains, business processes, and role-based access control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
