Job Description
Workday Talent Acquisition Specialist Client Location: Austin, TX 4 months REMOTE Job Description: The Workday Talent Acquisition Contractor will support the successful go-live of Client's Workday Recruiting implementation. In this role, you will work closely with the People Systems and Talent Acquisition teams to assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support during the project launch. You will help ensure all recruiting workflows and processes are running smoothly and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period. This contractor position is hands-on and collaborative. You will partner with People Systems, HR, and IT to support system users, answer questions, document issues, and help with process improvements as needed. You will also play a key role in testing and validating recruiting workflows to ensure a smooth transition to Workday. - Assist with Workday Recruiting system configuration, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting during project go-live. - Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers using the new system, helping resolve issues and answering questions. - Document and escalate technical or process issues as needed for resolution. - Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and People Systems teams to test and validate system changes. - Support the roll-out of new recruiting processes and provide feedback on user experience. - Help ensure recruiting data integrity and quality during the transition. This is a remote contractor position. Some meetings or events may require occasional presence at a Client office with advance notice. QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications: - 4 years of experience with Workday Recruiting. - Workday Recruiting certification. - Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition projects, preferably system implementations or go-lives. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with HR processes and data management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team during a fast-paced project.
