Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations, Reporting & Technical Lead to support and enhance the Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll platform. This role will lead integration architecture, reporting strategy, analytics development, security administration, and data governance efforts while serving as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Reporting, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Security and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Integrations
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations.
Architect inbound and outbound interfaces.
Develop solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and web services.
Troubleshoot integration issues and support production operations.
Lead integration strategy, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are maintained.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop complex Workday reports and dashboards.
Create calculated fields and advanced reporting solutions.
Design and support Prism Analytics initiatives.
Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights.
Develop reporting standards, governance, and self-service reporting capabilities.
Support analytics upgrades and new feature implementations.
Security & Administration
Manage Workday security configuration and administration.
Maintain role-based and user-based security models.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
Support security troubleshooting and access management processes.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and releases.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes.
Gather and document technical requirements.
Support Agile delivery practices and project initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of advanced Workday Integration experience.
5+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
5+ years developing integrations using Workday Studio.
Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT, Calculated Fields, and Workday Extend.
Experience working with XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON, and REST APIs.
Experience supporting Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Workday certifications.
Workday Prism Analytics experience.
Workday Extend and Orchestrate experience.
Government Workday implementation experience.
Strong Workday Finance expertise.
