Job Details

The paralegal in this role will support plaintiff-side workers’ compensation and personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include:Managing and organizing case files from initial intake through settlement or hearingCommunicating regularly with clients regarding case status, medical treatment, and documentationRequesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, wage records, and employment documentationAssisting attorneys with preparation for Workers’ Compensation Commission hearings and personal injury litigationDrafting correspondence, pleadings, and settlement-related documentsTracking deadlines, hearings, and follow-ups to ensure cases move efficientlyCoordinating with medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
