Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle a workers' compensation caseload from initial consultation through resolution, serving as a trusted advocate for clients while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workers' compensation claims through all phases of litigation
Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation
Analyze medical records, employment records, and case evidence
Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Delaware Bar license or ability to obtain admission
Workers' compensation experience preferred
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
