Workers Compensation Attorney - Northern Jersey, NJ

We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team in Northern Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers compensation or insurance defense law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in this area.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in workers compensation cases
Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motions, and negotiations
Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on the best course of action
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
