Workflow Developer - Kansas City, MO - Full Time - $140,000-$150,000 Per Year

Join a dynamic team in Kansas City, MO, in a full-time capacity to design and optimize automated business processes. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency using a generic technology platform. This role involves utilizing various technologies to implement and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize technical business process flows using a generic technology platform.
Translate functional and process requirements into technical workflows and user interactions.
Design, test, and implement solutions into production environments.
Mentor team members in industry best practices for developing workflows.
Develop and implement process improvements and support systems maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in a technical role.
Practical experience as a developer/architect with expertise in financial services operations.
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end architectures that enhance operations and compliance.
Strong experience with incident, case, problem, change, and request management.
Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs and workflows.
