Primary Skills: Forecasting (Advanced), Scheduling (Intermediate), Real-Time Analysis (Advanced), Data Analysis (Expert), Reporting (Expert)Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)Contract Type: W2 OnlyLocation: Tucson, AZ (#LI-Hybrid)Pay Rate: $35-37/hr on W2 basis#LPJOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to utilize forecasting and analytical skills to drive staffing decisions and maintain optimal staffing levels. The ideal candidate will analyze volume drivers, handle times, and develop staffing schedules to meet service objectives while providing essential reporting and insights to leadership. This role involves direct real-time staff placement and requires continuous improvement efforts within the department.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop forecast data to inform staffing decisions and maintain weekly staffing schedules.
- Direct real-time staff placement and adjust for forecasted and unexpected staffing needs.
- Analyze volume and handle time drivers to identify root causes and impact.
- Create recommendations to maintain service objectives based on analysis of contact delivery and staffing levels.
- Responsible for a range of reporting duties, including KPIs, agent statistics, and trend analysis.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a centralized call center environment preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Connect, SQL Querying, ServiceNow, and Google Suite essential for success in this role.
