Your tasks

• You support the preparation and implementation of syrup initiatives in the EUR region (e.g., creation and rollout of specific materials)
• You create and edit presentations and fact sheets to support projects and internal communication
• You upload data and work in systems, such as uploading initiatives to AZURE and maintaining information in the Product Assortment Tool
• You select images and contribute to visual design for marketing and presentation purposes
• You update market data and support research as well as the analysis of relevant market information
• You conduct internet research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide a solid basis for decision-making
• You provide general administrative support in daily business, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook tasks

Your profile

• You have advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and a strong affinity for system-related tasks.
• You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to collaborate internationally and create professional materials.
• You have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for the beverage industry, including market trends and innovation fields. Ideally, you also have an understanding of the foodservice sector (QSR, coffee chains).
• You have a quick grasp of new topics and the ability to familiarize yourself with them independently.
• You work proactively and contribute your own ideas, including conducting independent research.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
• You are flexible and conscientious in handling changing tasks and priorities.
