Job Description

You excel in customer service and ensure stakeholders are accommodated when they reach out to the Workplace team.Responsibilities:Provide a high quality employee experienceComfortable interacting with onsite vendors, employees, and guestsHandle multiple requests and respond to employees with a customer first mindsetMaintain excellent daily communication with all stakeholders across the businessOwn and manage catering various vendors with team and securityOwn set up and break down for all on site events(company meeting, onsites, etc)Assist with special administrative projects and events, including ad hoc tasks from the businessAssist with preventative maintenance dutiesEnsure storage etiquette is maintained throughout the buildingOperate the Workplace Jira ticketing portalWork is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs.Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and package deliveriesInventory, order, organize and manage office supply stock in copy and conference roomsManage the Google Calendar and event bookings for large event spacesAssist with budgets oversightEscalate any facilities issues to the manager and appropriate Workplace team members in a timely mannerAdditional job requirements:Consistent onsite availability during business hoursSome work during evenings and weekends, as neededPrompt and timely response to all communicationsAbility to escalate communications during facility emergency related incidentsAbility to assist during emergency incidents such as building evacuationsEnglish fluency in writing and speakingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWork is mostly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs.Front desk experienceWed Love To Chat If You Have:1-3 years of Workplace/Hospitality experienceWorkplace related experience in the hospitality fieldVendor management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Familiarity with Slack, Jira, and EnvoyEnjoy working in a professional office environment Compensation: $22/hourWe look forward to reviewing your application.
