Workplace Program Manager IV Pay: $65-95.77/hr (Based on experience) Duration:6 months Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CAManager Notes:

• Looking for a Senior Workplace Program Manager with 5-7 years of workplace/facilities program management experience at a major Bay Area technology company (FAANG or similar).
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Primary focus during the first 6–12 months will be leading a large office relocation project. This person will coordinate the architect selection/RFP process, work with headquarters to secure budgets and approvals, partner with Legal on contracts, Procurement on purchasing, and manage architects and construction vendor companies through execution and eventual office relocation (targeted for late Q1/Q2 next year).
• The role’s other half is broader Workplace Program Management, supporting Facilities Operations, General Affairs (GA), Security, Purchasing, vendor management, and external stakeholder engagement while driving operational improvements across the site.
• Will work within an existing 5-person Operations Management team. They want someone more senior who can independently lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, and Leadership.
• Ideal candidates would have supported office relocations, workplace construction/build-outs, tenant improvements, or large facilities projects within large enterprise technology companies and are comfortable balancing both strategic planning and day-to-day program execution.
• There’s currently 40 people in this office – mostly UX related folks – 15,000 sq ft
• 2 rounds of interviews – hiring manager and then with Lab Head

Responsibilities:• Create and disseminate information and tools to support operations teams in facilities management.• Serve as a liaison between operations teams, building management personnel, and third-party vendors to support with ongoing building maintenance.• Provide real-time customer service to teams in order to maintain operational efficiency across network.• Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance programs on a rotating basis.• Provide recommendations for improvements in systems and processes. • Assist the Facilities Team with tactical planning for the facilities team's goals and objectives.• Ensure and/or conduct personnel training on standard operating procedures and quality assurance.• Monitor facility safety, cleanliness, and maintenance, including inventory management and/or equipment repair.• Create project plans and timelines to support team priorities and goals.• Streamline information and data systems to standardize reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience overall, minimum of 5 years in a major Bay Area tech company• Understand the value of every detail in the complex task of managing facilities issues, ensuring timeliness and excellence.• Have exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
