Der Stelleninhaber ist befugt, ohne Genehmigung des Geschäftsführers, Werkstattbedarf bis zu einem Betrag von mtl. EUR 400,00 netto zu beschaffen.

Er zeichnet in seinem Aufgabenbereich mit dem Zusatz "i.A.

Main Responsabilities

Die Stelle beinhaltet insbesondere, jedoch nicht abschließend folgende Aufgaben:

Leitung der Werkstatt und des Servicebereichs sowie aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben
Führen der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit Lager und Auftragsabwicklung
Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
Ressourcenplanung (Urlaub, Überstunden, Arbeitsplatzkapazitäten)
Betriebsmittelüberwachung (UVV, Kalibrierung)
Verantwortlich für die Reklamationsbearbeitung
Monatliche Berichte (Auswertung Zeiterfassung, Reklamationen, Gewährleistungsaufwand)
Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe (Montage- und Prüfanweisungen)
Umsetzung und Mitgestalten der ISO 9001.
Fremdpersonal einweisen und überwachen
Arbeitssicherheit, HSE
Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik und Lagerverwaltung

Job Position Requirements

Voraussetzungen:

Techniker oder Meister im Maschinenbau
Führungsstärke, Organisationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Antriebstechnik/Hydraulik
