Position Description of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ):

We are looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) Facility in Searcy, ARThis is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday flexible schedule.

Qualifications of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ):

Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in Arkansas
1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner ( NP )
Experience in Wound Care Management

Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ):

Collaborate with facility staff to further develop and implement wound care programs
Provide training and education to facility staff regarding wound care best practices and emerging treatments
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with complex wounds
Monitor wound healing progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Travel between facilities
